Objective
Program components
- We will select the candidate from our pool of connections based on who will be the most fit to the company nature, culture and the level of experience of the existing team members
- We will interview him to validate his potential, basic knowledge, and personality needed to start the role.
On-Boarding the candidate in the company
- An on-site session with the Scrum Master and the whole team to set clear base about the Scrum Master role in the company and answering the team questions about their Agile journey
- This phase with the candidate aims to clear any misunderstanding about the Agile mindset and core practices
- Provide him with more knowledge about the specialized areas in his role, like the team facilitation and leadership skills
- Providing the required resources and support to prepare for PSM1 certificate
- Monthly Coaching session to:
- Follow up with the Scrum Master the reports and measurements
- Give him the needed guidance in the challenges he is facing
- Observe him while doing an activity with the team
- Support Calls when needed
- ongoing support by calls to help the Scrum Master overcoming the challenges that may be raised in the day-to-day activities and practices
